These terms apply to the eInk Calendar application described on the eInk Calendar project page.

1. Scope

eInk Calendar is a private, non-commercial project operated by Christian Neuhaus for personal use only. It is not offered as a service, is not distributed, and is not intended for use by any other person.

2. No Warranty

The application is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. No guarantee is given regarding availability, accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information shown on the display.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, any liability for damages arising from the use or unavailability of the application is excluded.

4. Google Services

The application accesses Google Calendar data in read-only mode with the operator’s explicit consent. Handling of that data is described in the eInk Calendar Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Changes and Discontinuation

Operation of the application may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

6. Applicable Law

German law applies.
